I have spent my career with a foot in both business and IT. I am equally comfortable discussing commercial value with finance or marketing, and working with IT leads on technical decisions. I鈥檓 drawn to the human side of leadership, where every voice is heard and political or cultural roadblocks are appropriate topics for conversation.
