Solo practice neurosurgery with practice focus on spine surgery.
I had wanted to be like Michael J. O'Conner MD at Graduate Hospital, but I think the world just changed without my realizing it.
I was able to prove, in an irrefutable fashion that solo-practice is no longer a viable business plan since there is an inherent inability to overcome overhead. Although it is a very time consuming method I at least always knew who to blame.
