I am a forward thinking individual who enjoys tackling creative challenges. I am interested in innovative management and creative and divergent thinking. I think education should and can be more exciting, creative and challenging. I have 19 years experience in the education sector and have worked in a variety of roles other than teacher. For example, I have several years experience as a Head of Department as well as the Head of Faculty.
