Graduate from Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University. Having achieved a solid of knowledge in my study of psychology in Gadjah Mada University (UGM), I am interested in furthering my understanding by seeking new challenges in the psychology field especially in industrial and organizational psychology. I am a professional in HR strong focus in developing HR system in my current employment. I am currently managing for about 1500 employees and coordinating under 3rd of Plant Sites.
