The entire project planning, designing, budgeting, buying, and execution of the Chikwenya renovation program which was finished on time, on budget despite extreme conditions. Being a key manager in the new management team that turned Fothergill Island Safaris around from a severe debt burden to a highly profitable and successful business, in three years. Being a key participant in the design and construction of the Mini Tintomatic self steered, water driven, lateral move irrigation rig.
