The bringing back to schedule within 3 months of the Indigo Bay refurbishment program, that was
behind by 3months, and bringing it in on budget.
The winning over of a very de-motivated maintenance team at Fothergill Island and turning them
into a highly skilled and motivated team.
The entire project planning, designing, budgeting, buying, and execution of the Chikwenya
renovation program which was finished on time, on budget despite extreme conditions.
Being a key manager in the new management team that turned Fothergill Island Safaris around
from a severe debt burden to a highly profitable and successful business, in three years.
Being a key participant in the design and construction of the Mini Tintomatic self steered, water
driven, lateral move irrigation rig.
