• Assist with technical issues from customers, sales reps, and distributors.
• Present business cases to Regal on behalf of the commercial team for new product development.
• Perform customer visits in a consultative technical role as well as a sales role; these visits include potential new customers as well as existing accounts with OEM customers.
• Present system solutions to customers. These system solutions include motors as well as gearing components.
• Assist with "Grove U" educational program. This program is designed to give sales reps, distributors, and end users hands-on training on Regal's products.
