Global Team Leader for Selection and Assessment at IBM. Responsibility for all aspects of selection and assessment, including competency/soft skill assessment, adaptive cognitive testing, behavioral and situational interviews, and assessment centers. Work in partnership with an international team of IO psychology and analytics/metrics professionals to develop industry leading solutions and capability for hiring ~50,000 new IBMers every year.
Personal responsibility for incorporating IBM's Watson and Big Data capabilities into the Selection and Assessment space with linkages across to other areas of Human Resources, including Onboarding and Talent.
