-My mission is help shorten length of stay of patients being on mechanical vent.I do it by frequently screening those with ETT and Trach when I detect should't have been on for that long.I do so by screening daily.Once they successfully shows they're ready they undergo extensive testings.I work closely with Physicians I serve so there be no reintubation with 99% reassurance.
-I would like to see all Hospitals in the USA do like the NFL do have an Academy draft to select the best players to join their team based on achievements and success in the field of the professions whom they serve.
