I am a MD and MPH with more than 30 years of professional work in public health. I have hold senior positions both in the Italian National Health System and, for the 25 years at the World Health Organization. My whole career has been devoted to the improvement of public health in areas such as chronic diseases, maternal and child health and, more extensively, in the relationship between environment and health.
