Small inside, BIG outside
A new approach to a new (but not so much) problem. To have no idea about why a great wine isnt appreciated so much; why an historical familiar cellar isnt successful as expected; why some competitors are present on potentially rich market and others (maybe producing better and cheaper wines) not. For sure a problem that every small cellar, sooner or later, will face in a future (and present) of global and hyper-connected markets.
