Mackintosh III, known as Rocky, established MacRo, Ltd. in 1990, a land and commercial real estate development, brokerage, leasing, property management and consulting services firm that is based in Frederick County, Maryland and involved in projects throughout mid-Maryland. He has been continuously active in the industry for since 1972.
