Roel Cremer studied at the univeristies of Groningen and Amsterdam. His main courses were on Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology: information processing and motivation. In order to establish more market relevance he took courses in Work & Organizational Psychology. His dissertation dealt with human performance under conditions of cognitive aging and environmental noise. In his career he learned and gained experience in a few major areas: work rehabilitation after brain injury, mental workload, cognitive aging and return to work services.
