I am passionate about moving people and organizations through changes. Most single business decisions go through a process: In the beginning a brilliant or even break through idea gets moved into a good implementation strategy, which gets moved in a good enough implementation process and ends as something new, before it gets eaten by a new brilliant idea.
The challenge obvious in this process is, that people were not inspired, were not motivated and do not develop the passion to make a brilliant idea a just even more brilliant concrete change.
To achieve something really new, its important to get all hurdles moved out of the way.
