Rogers has worked with Vision Group, as a reporter for New Vision, Bukedde and Bukedde FM. He also worked as a Producer at Record TV in Uganda. To enhance his career proficiency, Rogers trained with the International Center for Transitional Justice, Uganda Foundation for Media Development, and, the International Law Services' International Justice Reporting program. Rogers is a Masters Graduate in the Peace and Conflict Studies program with a concentration in Policy Analysis.
