My current role involves system testing for innovative new products and systems which are being rolled out to the market over the coming months. I ensure that they are fit for purpose from a quality and usability point of view, in addition I aid in creating documentation for both internal and promotional use.
Work history: I started working in retail and customer service at Next (clothing) and Harrods (games and toy retail, then fine and luxury luggage). I moved into banking and from there to IT where I still work.
