I manage new web page requests through design, implantation, testing and go live as well as identifying needs and evaluate alternative solutions with internal business owners. Additionally, I develop and manage timelines in order to ensure projects are implemented on time and ensure issues are identified, prioritized, tracked and resolved in a timely manner. Also, I work with the team to improve processes to increase productivity, work with the author team to resolve issues and answer questions and serve as backup of author tasks as needed.
