Rosa was born in a Christian home
and spent her childhood in El Salvador, moving to the States at the age of 10. During her high
school years in New Jersey, she developed an interest in architecture and began to embrace it as her future career. She became involved with the church and served in different ministries. She attended New Jersey Technical Institute for two years, then transferred to Judson University feeling a calling in a faith-based approach to architecture. As a Board member for AC, she hopes to
remained involved in the early development with a particular passion for students at public universities, encouraging them to combine their faith with
their profession.
