Renteria, Ph.D., received her doctorate in Sociology, and currently serves as the Coordinator for Evaluation and Research for the PHILLIPS Programs, focusing on special education evaluation and program evaluation for the PHILLIPS' Teaching Homes and Family Partners initiatives.
