Born on the 12th of May of 1981 to Ioana Selesitina Tuiteleleapaga Iuli Toilolo and Anaua Samoata Uli in Lakewood, California. Raised in the beautiful village of Leone, American Samoa. Attended Leone Midkiff Elementary and graduated 1995. Went on to attend Leone High School and graduated 1999. Furthered education at Barstow, California where I attended Barstow Community College and graduated 2001. Relocated back to American Samoa in April 2004. Started working for the Department of Public Safety October of 2004. Transferred to the Office of Motor Vehicles November of 2007 until present.
