I've always worked in I.T. I've done something different in every position I've had: programmer, DBA, webmistress, technical writer, support -- everyone needs quality support. I've worked in big companies and tiny startups; manufacturing and services, profit and non-; with cutting-edge (at the time) systems, and some held together with duct tape and a smile.
