Rosie began her career in public mental health with Sutton, Merton and Wandsworth PCT in 2003, and continued in South of Tyne and Wear PCT, graduating with a masters in public health from Northumbria University in 2005. From there she has broadened her portfolio at Southwark PCT to include health improvement programme management, development of strategic health and wellbeing partnerships, and has taken a lead for improving mental wellbeing, physical activity and healthy weight in the borough.
