Ross is currently plying his trade at 101 London, a free-range creative company launched in January 2011. There he attempts to solve his clients' business problems with some very talented people, and sometimes (rarely) makes tea. He was named one of Campaign's 'Ones to Watch' in 2012, and is also sitting the IPA Excellence Diploma, leaving him about five minutes a week to watch Eastenders.
Ross was formerly a Senior Brand Manager at Diageo, where he upheld the buccaneer code across the office on behalf of Captain Morgan.
