Hardy Underwriting Group fit out project completed in seven weeks
Hardy Underwriting Group has relocated from Lime Street to 11,400sqft of office space at 10 St Mary Axe in the City.
Workplace Creations was successful in winning the competitive tender and was appointed as the design and build
Contractor. Workplace Creations worked closely with the Hardy team to create a classic, sophisticated office envi-
ronment to reflect the Hardy brand and support the growth plans for the business.
Zones were created within the space to support both formal and informal interaction between staff and where appro-
priate, visitors. A large open plan office was also a key feature of the scheme.
High quality specialist finishes have been specified to create a cutting edge design, whilst ensuring that the project
was delivered in time and within budget.

offices and drop-in centre areas. The design solution had
to be easily replicated across the centres and meet the
committed deadlines for the opening of the centres.
The design and fit out of the first three offices in Redhill,
Ramsgate and Chatham were completed at the end of
2009. There are further offices and drop in centres
planned across Surrey, Sussex and Kent to support the
integrated model of employment, training and health-
