No 6 Winter 2010 Wishing you a Very Happy New Year from all the team Hardy Underwriting Group fit out project completed in seven weeks Hardy Underwriting Group has relocated from Lime Street to 11,400sqft of office space at 10 St Mary Axe in the City. Workplace Creations was successful in winning the competitive tender and was appointed as the design and build Contractor. Workplace Creations worked closely with the Hardy team to create a classic, sophisticated office envi- ronment to reflect the Hardy brand and support the growth plans for the business. Zones were created within the space to support both formal and informal interaction between staff and where appro- priate, visitors. A large open plan office was also a key feature of the scheme. High quality specialist finishes have been specified to create a cutting edge design, whilst ensuring that the project was delivered in time and within budget. Following the launch of the new Workplace Over Christmas I couldn’t help browsing to see what 2010 has Creations website in September of last year we are in store. Although it wasn’t entirely positive there does seem pleased to report a very positive response from room to be more optimistic than last year. There are further offices and drop in centres planned across Surrey, Sussex and Kent to support the integrated model of employment, training and health- related solutions.
