I started in Pilates with a very limited background in anatomy, but since my first taste of the STOTT PILATES method in 2004 I knew that this was what I wanted to do - not just for myself, but for the ability to give and empart to others what I have learnt over the years. Since 2004 I have acquired Intensive Mat Plus, Advanced Mat, Reformer, Advanced Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Advanced Cadillac, Advanced Chair & Advanced Barrels, CORE, ZENGA and 428 hours worth of Continued Education points in several workshops with STOTT PILATES.
