¡®Excuse me!¡¯
¡®Be careful now!¡¯
Lifting their friend carefully through all the people and then up the steps beside
the house was not easy. But the four men wanted their friend to meet Jesus. They wanted
Jesus to meet their friend ¨C and help him to walk again!
The crowd was a problem. So they planned to make a hole in the roof and lower
him down into the room below where Jesus was talking to a crowd of people.
The plan worked.
Jesus knew just what they wanted. And Jesus healed their friend so that he could
pick himself up and walk home! People could hardly believe what had happened in that
room that day. Who was Jesus? How did he do that?
