Generation, coordination and distribution of stories, features and reviews to colleagues and freelancers
Managing writing staff and freelance feature writers
Writing of stories, features and reviews for publication
Editing and rewriting of copy
Revision of products to fit target market of each separate newspaper
Overseeing layout, appearance
Proofreading all pages before going to press
