Twelve years experience in site evaluation and conservation reserve design for the Florida Preservation 2000 program, the largest state conservation land buying program in history (over USD$3 billion expended). Fifteen years experience in terrestrial invasive exotic plant management with the largest state invasive plant managemernt program in history (over 1.5 million acres treated to date).
