Rubén López-Pulido belongs to the civil servant’s Senior Executive Service and he is the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Head of the Communications Unit of the AECID-Spanish Agency for the International Cooperation Development of the Government of Spain. He is former Speechwriter and Adviser to different Ministers along with Maritime Attaché of the Embassy of Spain in London and Representative of Spain to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) of UN. From 2012 to 2014 he was Head of the Emergency Coordination and Crisis Management Unit for Transport and Infrastructures of the Spanish Government.
