I am a researcher on Mobile Communications with special focus on autoconfiguration of future Personal Area Networks and Wireless Mesh Networks. I worked as a final year student in the Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit at INESC Porto during 6 months. Afterwards, I collaborated on the technical evaluation of the proposal for implementing the Integrated System for the Emergency and Safety communication networks of Portugal and worked as a scholarship hip researcher at INESC Porto betweem November 2003 and September 2004. Between January 2004 and December 2007 I worked in the european project "WWI - Ambient Networks" belonging to the 6th Framework Programme. Currently, I am finishing my PhD
