Rupal is a highly adaptable, ambitious and creative individual and has proven her ability to engender trust within the workplace rapidly. This was demonstrated through the experience gained within the IT industry, where she was in-charge of leading several micro projects, assisting the IT manager on effective problem solving solutions and maintaining the servers at the company data centres.
In addition to this, Rupal was able to reflect these skills gained within her 18 month placement at Barclays PLC.
