I use my experience with IBM's collaboration, social software and mobility products to help CDW's customers figure out how best to get their people working together productively. One day that can mean helping a small non-profit work out how to support its mobile staff using IBM Connections Cloud collaboration. The next day it could mean designing a global architecture for messaging, collaboration and unified communications and a project plan to implement it.
