Rupert set up Godliman Partners in 2001 as a values-driven, research-intensive Executive Search boutique, to provide recruitment services to the Asset Management sector. Godliman is now the largest Asset Management Search practice in the UK, with 17 Consultants and Associates.
Rupert's previous career was in International Banking and Diplomacy. He joined the Executive Search industry in 1998, and has focused on the Asset Management sector for 16 years.
