Halley Resources was founded in 1990 by Russell Halley to provide support services to a wide range of creative professionals. The business grew and evolved; by 1995 he had incorporated, hired additional staff, moved to the photo district and refined its purpose: to provide representation for stylists in the fashion and advertising industries.
We didn鈥檛 start at another agency and then move on 鈥� we鈥檝e created our own model of what we think an agency can be. Our business has developed steadily by doing what we have always found works best: building relationships, communicating, learning from each other, and providing the highest level of service we can.
