• Responsible for managing and pro-actively developing the ongoing, overall client relationship with existing client
• Responsible for client billing set-up and ensure billing accurately meets contractual obligations
• Responsible for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
• Works closely with the Billing Department to implement process and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing
• Responsible for completing the process of New Client On-boarding
• Collect data, analyse trends and create reports
