Dr.Ruwan Gamage is a University lecturer in Library & Information Science, interested in upgrading library services in the country, and specifically the use of IT in libraries. Ruwan is moderating a large network of Sri Lankan librarians in Yahoo Groups as well as in Facebook. The 'Y' group was started in 2003, and still continuing. Here, the members (librarians) voluntarily share information on librarianship and documents (on one-to-one basis) that their users request.
