Ryan is passionate about public policy 鈥� particularly addressing strategic / 鈥渨icked" problems. In doing so he has led areas focussed on evaluation, data analytics and research to understand the intended and unintended outcomes and market behaviours from Government interventions.
Over the last decade Ryan has held a range senior positions in the Commonwealth Government with proven experience in leading small to large teams (up to 150) across Australia to design and implement programs, including in remote communities. Prior to this he managed a successful IT business in Perth, Western Australia.
