I recognise that health, lack of activity and obesity is a social problem so in 2011 I decided to start a venture to achieve a change in people鈥檚 attitudes and behaviour. The company is called Switch2Health.
We aim to create a culture where physical activity is not only healthy, but fun, rewarding and socially desirable. By increasing participation in physical activity, we hope to change the behaviour and improve the health of individuals (children and adults alike).
