I joined the US Army as a senior in High School back in 1995. My original MOS (Militar Occupational Specialty) was 19K - Armor Crewman. I spent 4 years at Fort Hood, Tx driving and shooting M1A1 Tanks.
I grew to love the Army, but wanted to try a more technical job, so like many soldiers I work with today, I changed my job when I re-enlisted and became a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) specialist. Now I work with all types of Hazardous Materials and as a First Responder.
After Fort Hood, TX I served a year long tour in the Republic of South Korea before coming back stateside to Fort Knox, Kentucky. At Fort Knox I started out as a Chem/Bio Instructor for Officers
