Managing the Commercial business and Marketing performance delivery in East region for the Diageo Reserve portfolio
Principal accountabilities include:
1. Delivery the Diageo Reserve brands AOP for the region
2. Develop and deliver brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility, activation and promotion
3. Design and implement the BTL, TTL activities for the region in partnership with key customers
4. Managing Key Distributor relationships to drive distribution and penetration across channels and states
5. Managing ways of working with cross-functional teams drive category development
6. Coaching the KAM teams across East for driving business excellence and top perfromance
