1. Plan, coordinate with superintendent, dept. Head, maintenance foremen, and hourly employees to safely and efficiently inspect, repair and troubleshoot problems with surfac equipment/ systems.
2. Develop a motivated team to ensure surface equipment/facilities are maintained in proper working order and permissible condition and maintained to high standards to achieve high availabilities and meet maintenance/production goals.
