• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years experience in Recruiting/Business Development in both corporate and staffing environments; managing talent acquisition and staffing requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in non-profits as a career/job counsellor/advisor for both higher education and job search
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thoroughly evaluates candidates; compares personal qualifications against job requirements and cultural fit
• Sets and manages expectations while ensuring alignment with client teams; provides a consultative approach to recruiting
