1. ECM- Enterprise content capture and management
The Enterprise content capture and Management project is to automate the Bank鈥檚 scanning, indexing and importing of data or document of banking user to existing Banking system by metadata transformation and taxonomy mapping and manage it in a database (Filenet V4 and V5). The data captured via fax, scanning and e-form are indexed are transported from the spoke (countries) to Data centre (GSSC) for DB storage in Content repository (Filenet). This archived data is retrieved for back office processing and banking operations.
