 Preparation & design of PFD and PID, and other equipment outline drawing
 Prepare piping specifications and involved in selection of pipe supports, special supports & spring hangers.
 Fabrication and erection of Pipe, Pipe fittings and Flanges
 Fabrication and erection of HHP, MP & LP Steam Piping
 Preparing technical specifications or data sheets for the purchase of piping components. Clarification and
evaluation of vendor quotations
 Coordinate & interface with instrument, steel structure and equipment requirements
 Provide technical field support such as installation supervision/site measurement
 Handling of client's technical questions related to company's products
 Assist in products Inspection, Maintenance and Repair
 Coordinating work effectively with interfacing engineering disciplines
 Support marking on isometrics as per standards.

The Accountabilities & Attainments
 Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general
codes.(ARAMCO standards)
 Preparing and reviewing valves datasheets, vendor technical specifications and bidders ’quotations.
 Provide piping technical input to P&IDs including piping classes, valve types and special items.
 Construction supervision on site activates for petrochemical and gas plants including: Providing redesign
solutions for the field Problems or changes (clashing mismatching lack of material item)
 Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures.
 Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking
necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
 Preparing work packages with all design documentations and method statement for work permits approval
 Producing documentations required for field testing.
 Reviewing all site work and prepare the punch list for the construction contractor

 Looking overall execution of AG/UG piping works.
 Physical inspection as per piping GA, P&ID, loop identification of above ground & hydro Testing of
