WORK EXPERIENCE:
Working in Aisha Steel Mill limited as Assistant Manager. Dated:18th
April 2012
DESCRIPTION:
Aisha steel mill limited incorporated in 2005 is the state of the art cold roll complex and is
engaged in producing 220,000 metric ton per year.
Responsibilities:

Involved in the Commissioning phase of the industry under the supervision of ABB China
Experts especially CRSM (ABB Controlling and Drives) and RGL.

In-charge of CRSM.

Responsible for controlling and troubleshooting of ABB ACS800 Drives based on DTC (Direct
Torque Control) through Drive Window Software which is a tool for monitoring, controlling
and parameterizing of main motors.

Troubleshooting through Control Builder M Professional which is an engineering tool
facilitating the ABB PLC (AC 800PEC) in developing and configuring the logics to be used in
the process of CRSM.

Troubleshooting through Siemens PLC S7300 for smooth running of the controlling in RGL.

Good knowledge of Siemens Vector Control Master Drives.

Observing and analyzing data for Root Cause Analysis through IBA Analyzer when required.


Checking and observing the behavior of Instruments and also take round to check the physical
condition of Instruments installed in different areas of Plant.

Responsible for maintaining the Mill through different Maintenance techniques which include
(Reactive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability
Centered Maintenance).

Maintain and manage all the cable schedules, manuals and related Technical information
regarding Instruments so that technical conversation can be carried out when raising the MPRs of
any instruments.

Coordination with the ABB expert from China when required.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring the Plant which includes Main crusher, Raw Mill I, II & III, kiln I & II, Coal
Mill, Cement Mill I, II & III through ABB PLC DCS (Distributive Control System).

Attend the complaints and arrange to remove instrument faults at Plant in different areas as
mentioned above.

Coordination with the Production and Mechanical Maintenance team when required.

Routine Checking / Calibration / Replacement Instruments which includes Thermocouples,

RTDs, Pressure Transmitters, Proximity Sensors, Limit switches, Gas analyzers, Weigh
feeders and Pneumatic devices.

Ensure the adherence to the safety standards and take necessary steps for the safety of
equipments to avoid personal incident.

Any other assignment given by H.O.D/Superior authority from time to time.
