Nearly 15 years later, I am now an expert in Real Estate and Banking. I have managed a portfolio of properties ever since and I worked for Wall Street for 8 years doing residential and commercial property, loan, bond and banking due diligence. My superpower is that I can tell a good tenant from a bad based on a phone call. Expertise include: landlord/tenant law, preventive maintenance and repairs, tenant issues and tenant turnover (including eviction), short sales, foreclosures and REO properties from both the investor and lender angles.
