Stephanie grew up in Bryn Mawr, PA outside of Philadelphia. She attended the Baldwin School for girls. She then went on the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Moving to New York City she became a fashion stylist for print and commercial advertisement. She styled lots of rock videos and their performers and thoroughly enjoyed the international high life. Highlights included meeting the Rolling Stones, the Dalai Lama and a plethora of other Hollywood stars.
After a series of health crises she became interested in health and fitness. She studied Chi Kung, Lymphatic Cleansing, Tai Chi, Chi Nei Tsang, Pelvic Health, Breast Health and Laughter Yoga. After she becam
