I’m a Software professional with 5 yrs of industry experience in HCM domain (ADP;2yrs) and Telecom domain (Tech Mahindra;3yrs).
I have good understanding of ITIL V3 framework and Project Management process groups and knowledge areas.
I have started my professional journey in April 2011 as Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra after completing my graduation (B.tech CSE). During the tenure of work at tech Mahindra I got an opportunity to pursue work integrated MS in Telecommunication and Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, once I've got a Master degree I got promoted to System Engineer.
