Routine Activity Maintenance :
Check & Monitor Vibration of all rotating machinery. Small & Medium Machine (pump, fan & motor) use CSI 2120 & CSI 2130 in two times for a month. If big machine (turbine, compressor & generator) use ADRE 408 once for a month.
Monitor temperature of tube reformer use Wahl Heat Spy DHS53/53A once times for a month.
Independent Activity :
Quality Control of material if every item entering to logistic section before acceptance or not. Example item : pump, motor, shaft sleeve, bearing, valve, pipe, etc.
