I am the type of person who strives do all things in accordance with policies and set lofty goals for myself and my people. I am disappointed when they are not achieved and study the reasons why we missed our goals. I enjoy being a team player. My motto in life is " You can achieve anything you want in life as long as you don't mind who get's the credit" I saw this on a board at Food Lion's headquarters in 1990 and have never forgotten it.I believe that people is a companies greatest asset. I thoroughly enjoy teaching new hires and new leadership people.
