Well...over 17 years in retail out of which 11 years in hardcore retail operations and then a strategic move to retail consulting for last 5 years. Have been in Indian retail since the time when the things were not that organised. Have been involved in Retail domain leadership role including Omni-channel, Retail BPM, Business analysis, Strategy, Network planning, Site surveys, Site selection, Real estate acquisition, Store project management, and then finally running the store operations as a store manager, Area manager and Regional manager. Have handled large operations upto Rs. 300 crore anually.
